My difficult decision

I have to make a decision soon about my shoulder.  I have been told that it needs to be replaced. Despite all the evidence I am finding it difficult to deal with this reality.  I really have no choice in this matter except for when I choose to have this horrible procedure done.  It must be done.  I am in constant pain and I have been told that after this procedure  I will be pain free.  Of course, it will be months before I heal and become pain free.  One of these days, very soon, I must bite the bullet and commit myself to the hands of the surgeon.  I am a nervous wreck and very stressed out.
