yesterday i had root canal work done on my #14 molar. i knew it had to be done, but kept putting it off till i could no longer put it off. the visit with the endodontist was painless, of course. when i got home is when the pain started. that was after the anesthetic wore off. he explained everything to me while he was going along so i now can do this myself should i need to have another tooth done. it was interesting. he also said one of the roots (one out of 3) had an abscess so he put me on an antibiotic. he was surprised that i wasn't in a lot of pain. well, i am in pain now.
