2011-Passover, etc.

We spent the first seder at Jeff and Ellen's house in Howell.  There were 24 people there including Ben and me. It was a riotous mob.  Richard even flew in at the last minute from Florida.  Ellen and Jeff catered a delicious dinner with cooking help from Sharon and Sara.  Nathan conducted the seder which was a new one that promised to last 1/2 hour, but, of course, lasted longer because of comments from the guests.

The day before we all went to Rutgers to witness Nathan's induction into a special society called Cap and Skull.  There were 16 other juniors inducted, too.  That was a proud moment for all of us.

Sara is still not sure what college she will be attending, but is leaning towards the U. of  Mass in Amhurst.  I'm sure whatever school she chooses will be fine.  She showed me her gown for the Senior Prom which she will be attending with her special friend Tom.  The gown is gorgeous and I'm sure she will look stunning in it.

I know I keep repeating myself, but I can't believe how grown-up all our grandchildren are now.

Fred posted lots of videos and slides on his blog with scenes from Fabby's 5th birthday.  That was so nice to see and made me feel a little part of the joyous occasion.  thank you, fred.

Today Ben and I are going to see a Phillies' baseball game. It is a dreary day which fits well with how the team is playing!
