I have gotten so depressed over what is happening in this country since the last election that I wish I could move to another country, but the rest of the world is a mess, too. the horrible republicans are adamant about not raising taxes for the very wealthy and the dems are going along. the country is falling apart and no one is doing anything about it! we are in three wars and going strong. our new governor of pennsylvania is horrible, too. he refuses to tax the huge gas industry. he prefers to take money away from the education system. i hate him!
a few months ago a stupid preacher in the south burned a koran. the country made a fuss over this idiocy which is just what the preacher was hoping for. the news got to afghanistan and they rioted over this "insult to allah" and they killed 24 people. they couldn't find any americans to kill so they killed united nations workers instead. they are all insane and i don't know why we are fighting over there.
the superintendent of schools in philly is not well liked, but someone sent her a death threat. that is not good. that is clearly not the way to solve a problem. this person threatened to blow up the building that she works in. how stupid and cowardly.
